Crawford has worked in Clonard Monastery Youth Centre for twenty four years now.

He has overall responsibility of managing the youth centre as well as his face to face sessions with young people.

Crawford has great interest in the Youth Work in Belfast and over the years has lobbied for better facilities for young people throughout the city.
